Siargo Digital Rotameters

A rotameter is one of the most commonly used flow measurement devices in process and laboratory applications. However, it lacks a digital interface, relies on bare-eye judgement that is highly inaccurate, and is highly medium-dependent. MF6600 addresses all of the above drawbacks with significantly better performance while maintaining a similar cost. It eliminates the traditional thermal mass installation restrictions and is ready for plug-and-play replacement. A power supply can be provided using an easy-to-obtain tiny lithium-ion battery.

Rotameters Series
MF3000V is designed for general-purpose mass flow metering with an optional manual control valve. The built-in flow-switch output makes it ready for pneumatic process control. The product, equipped with patented flow conditioners and accessories, allows for flexible connection without straight piping.
MF4600 is designed for general-purpose gas mass-flow measurement having a high-precision manual control valve. The product can replace a high-performance rotameter, offering mass flow, a digital data interface, and identical installation options.
MF5100V is designed for gas mass-flow measurement with precise manual control and high stability on a moving vehicle such as an ambulance. It is powered by a lithium-ion battery and compatible with medical gases such as anesthesia and oxygen. The product can also be used as a high-precision portable flow meter with manual control.
MF5700 is designed for general-purpose gas mass-flow measurement; in particular, it can serve as a portable flow meter powered by a battery. The meter can use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or LoRa WAN for wireless data. An ON/OFF valve can also be integrated with automation features.
MF5806G is designed for measuring gas cylinder consumption. The meter is powered by AA batteries and supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or LoRa WAN for wireless data. A manual control valve is integrated to enable set-flow automation.
MF6600 is designed to replace rotameters, offering fully digital gas mass flow measurement. The proprietary Thermal-D mass flow sensing, together with the patented flow-conditioning structure, delivers significantly improved performance and predictable gas conversion results. It opts for battery power for stand-alone operation.
