Siargo Mass Flow Meter

The mass flow meters are built on proprietary MEMS sensing technology and provide precise mass flow measurements across a wide range of industrial segments. Gas temperature, pressure, and humidity can be offered as standard or add-on features. Wireless data is an option available for all platforms, ready for plug-and-play IoT applications. Examples include medical gases, pneumatic automation, instrumentation, and many others.

	MF3000 is designed for general-purpose mass flow metering with an optional manual control valve. The built-in flow-switch output makes it ready for pneumatic process control. The product, equipped with patented flow conditioners and accessories, allows for flexible connection without straight piping.
	MF4000 is designed for general-purpose gas mass flow measurement. The product is equipped with a patented flow conditioner and the proprietary Thermal-D mas flow sensor, reducing the need for straight piping during installation and significantly improving measurement accuracy, particularly when a gas conversion is applied.
	MF4700 is designed for general-purpose gas mass-flow measurement with a metal package for high-pressure compatibility. The product can be used in a variety of applications, with customizable features that include mechanical connections and electrical interfaces.
	MF5000 is designed for general-purpose gas mass-flow measurement, with a metal package for high-pressure compatibility, and is rated for use in a hazardous zone. The product can be used in a variety of applications, in particular for fuel efficiency and process monitoring.
	MF5100 is designed for general-purpose gas mass-flow measurement, with a metal package for high-pressure compatibility, and is powered by a lithium-ion battery for applications where the external power is not preferred or readily available. The product offers multi-gas compatibility.
	MF5200 is designed for medical gas mass-flow measurement, in particular, medical oxygen flow management. It opts for pressure and temperature sensor integration, along with a detachable meter display. LoRaWAN wireless and Mobus TCP/IP interface are also available.
	MF5600 is designed for medical gas mass-flow measurement, in particular, medical oxygen and other gas flow management. It opts a detachable meter LCD display and 4-20mA interface are also available.
	MF5700 is designed for general-purpose gas mass-flow measurement; in particular, it can serve as a portable flow meter powered by a battery. The meter can use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or LoRa WAN for wireless data. An ON/OFF valve can also be integrated with automation features.
	MF5900 is designed for general-purpose industrial gas mass-flow measurement; in particular, it is designed to have a low- pressure loss. The meter is packaged in stainless steel and has an operating pressure up to 1.2 MPa.
