Siargo Microfluidic Flow Meter & Sensor

The MEMS time-of-flight (TOF) flow sensors enable microfluidic metering applications. The sensing technology allows the products to provide additional measurements of physical properties, such as surface tension. Applications include drug delivery (infusion pumps), physiological fluid monitoring, instrumentation, and pharmaceutical process control.

The LF3000 series microfluidic flow meters and sensors are designed for general-purpose microfluidic flow metering and control applications, utilizing Siargo's proprietary MEMS thermal time-of-flight sensing technology and innovative electronic circuitry, which offers excellent reliability and rangeability. The current models can be readily applied to various fields, including medicine, bioscience, healthcare, pharmaceutical processes, fuel cells, and many others. Disposable options are available upon contacting the manufacturer. LF3000 can measure a flow from 500 nL/min up to 500 mL/min (sccm).
